Since your brain is frying, would now be a good time to try free association stream of consciousness verse?  I bet you could get some really trippy things that way, or at least some really odd ones...

If you get to feeling a bit better, like, not about to fall down in dizzyness, you could try a hot bath.  I've done it a time or two when feeling icky, and it seems to help.  Just make sure you won't drown in the tub!  It made my skin feel better to be clean, and the temperature seemed to help me too.  Don't forget drugs to make the fever break, and blankies, and hugs from lovers.  

Especially hugs from lovers.  Everyone knows loving hugs make bugs and germies run away.  

Hope you start feeling better, and then stay that way.
