		<description>As far as I can tell, the two components that have the largest affect on how much sleep I need are how much exercise I get (more exercise = less sleep needed), and how positively I feel when I wake up and I have something I'm eager to do at that time.

I find when I'm working around someone else's schedule I'm also much less likely to take needed time for exercise and stretching, and thus I sleep more.  I'm working on that, but old habits are hard to break, especially now that I've lived mostly on my own for a couple years and being around someone else is almost always holiday-like.</description>
